At Thinksew Embroidery, we keep hearing a number of common Embroidery FAQ questions that come up time and again. We thought it might be helpful to list these here. Check out our embroidery shop for great products and embroidery.

Can I have designs in multiple locations?

Yes, of course. Our standard on-line embroidery service allows, text and logo designs to be placed in several places. If the standard On-Line Embroidery Service options don’t meet your needs contact us to make use of our Bespoke Embroidery Service.

Can I order just the product without embroidery?

Certainly, just add the product to the shopping basket without selecting any of the personalised embroidery options.

Is there a minimum order size?

No, but if you have a large order, feel free to get in touch to see if we are able to offer a discount.

Can I have several colours in the design?

If you’re using our On-line Embroidery Service to order text embroidery, use the ‘Design Notes’ text box provided when ordering each product to describe what you need. We’ll get back to you if we need further clarification. For multi-coloured logos, we will match the thread colour to those in the design.

What does the price include?

With our standard Embroidery Service, you can order just the product, or use the Logo and text options to personalise the product to your needs. The total price is calculated as you select the options you need. Alternatively, if your requirements cannot be met within the standard service (e.g. a very large jacket back design), you can contact us for a Bespoke Embroidery quotation.

What is the maximum size you can embroider on a cap or hat?

The size depends on the chosen cap and the design itself. Each has its own limitations. Contact us for more information.

Is there a minimum spend?

No, but if you have a large order, feel free to get in touch to see if we are able to offer a discount.

How do I pay by Debit or Credit card?

You can pay by debit or credit card without a paypal account. Order as normal and when you get to the Checkout page, select Paypal. However, when the Paypal login page appears, you don’t need to sign into Paypal, underneath the ‘Login’ button, there is a ‘Pay by Debit or Credit Card’ button. Press this to pay using your credit or debit card.

I’ve ordered from Thinksew before and need the same logo to be used on a new order, do I need to send my logo again?

No. For any logos that have been previously sewn for customers, we keep the designs on file to be used in future orders. There is NO set-up digitising charge if we have the logo on file.

Is there an extra charge to embroider my logo?

Maybe. If you’re new to Thinksew Embroidery, we’ll need to digitise your design (i.e. convert it to a sewing format suitable for Machine Embroidery) and set up your logo. When you add a product to the basket and select a logo, the price will be displayed. If we have used the Logo for you before, there will not be a digitising charge. When will my order arrive?

Our standard delivery is described on our Customer Services page. If you require an expedited service, please get in touch and we’ll try our best to accommodate.

Where do you deliver?

We ship our products all across the mainland UK. More information is on our Delivery page.

Can I collect my order?

Absolutely, select Collection at the checkout stage and we’ll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. We ask that you arrange a suitable time and observe the current social distancing rules.

I’m ordering for a team, can I have different names on each item?

No problem. Order each item individually with the colour, size and the specific text required on each. If you need the same logo on each of them, the logo set-up digitising fee will be charged once.

Do you provide samples?

We have no minimum order size, so you are welcome to purchase any of our items individually to check the quality of the product, the size, your design and the quality of our embroidery. If you use our logo digitising service, we will send you an image of the logo in stitches for your approval.
